We collect information you provide directly: email address when you sign up or subscribe to our newsletter, profile information (display name, experience level, goals), and payment information processed securely through Stripe and PayMongo.

We automatically collect: usage data (pages visited, features used, lesson completions), device information, and anonymous analytics through PostHog with IP anonymization enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our tennis learning platform
• Track your lesson progress and streaks
• Send you the weekly newsletter (if subscribed)
• Process payments for courses and subscriptions
• Send push notifications (only if you opt in)
• Provide AI form analysis feedback

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Videos uploaded for AI analysis are stored in Supabase Storage with row-level security — only you can access your own data. We use HTTPS everywhere and follow security best practices.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• PayMongo — Philippine payment processing
• Mux — video hosting and streaming
• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery
• PostHog — privacy-focused analytics
• Vercel — hosting

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile settings. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can disable push notifications in your browser settings.
